Here at fresh paper I'm dedicated to providing you with the ultimate handmade wedding experience. Whether you enlist me to design unique, custom wedding invitations and monograms or unleash your creativity with my DIY wedding invitation kits, I want you to feel proud to send something beautiful. After all, the invitation is your wedding's handshake. What will yours say about you?

I accept debit cards, credit cards, PayPal, personal checks, and money orders. Please make checks payable to Fresh Paper and send to the address provided at checkout. If you wish to pay by credit card or debit you can do so through PayPal without a PayPal account. Just click "Don't have an account?" and follow the directions!

If there's any trouble with your payment, I'll make every effort to contact you and figure out the problem. Please check your email to see if I've contacted you.

Due to the custom nature of printed items, I can't start printing until I receive payment in full. Similarly, I can not get started on personalized proofs or digital files until I've received your deposit.

I will begin working on your order as soon as your payment is processed, and ship shortly after that. The sooner your payment clears, the sooner I can send you the goods! Contact me if you're interested in upgrading to rushed shipping. 

I ship all wedding items through USPS priority mail. Small orders and samples will be shipped using First Class mail unless you'd like to upgrade to priority or express mail.

I am happy to ship internationally! I ship via International Priority mail, which takes 6-10 business days (after my processing time), unless you request an upgrade to International Express mail. Please note that some countries charge additional customs or international handling fees and taxes. I have no control over these charges and cannot refund that money to you. Please do not ask me to lie on the customs form. It's illegal for me to do so.

I want nothing more than for you to be satisfied with your order. If you are in any way not satisfied, please contact me and I will do my best to correct the problem.

Please note that colors display differently on different monitors. Since there's no way I can make sure what I see on my screen matches what you see on yours, I recommend purchasing a sample (which comes with a color chart) to see how colors look once printed. If you are in the proofing process of your order, you can request a printed version of your invitation at any time.

I package all items carefully so they arrive in perfect condition. Still, I encourage customers to insure large orders through USPS in case they are damaged in any way in the mail. Please contact me about adding insurance.

Please note that all deposits are non-refundable once I start the customization process.

Due to the custom nature of wedding invitations, digital files, and other personal stationery, I can not issue refunds once your personalized order is printed or your file is sent to you. Please make sure all details are correct before you give me your final approval to print. Should something change, I am more than happy to work with you to find a reasonable solution! If you must cancel your order before personalization has begun, please contact me as soon as possible. Refunds may be subject to a small transaction fee. If you must cancel  your order after your proofs have been sent, but before your items are printed, there will be a $75 cancelation fee.
